Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running. We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold a strategy call, deliver any services you engage us for, and keep records of our correspondence. We use technical log data to operate, secure, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of your consent (when you contact us), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, once we work together, the performance of a contract with you.

Form handling. Contact-form submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspree) and delivered to us by email. Email & productivity. Correspondence is handled through our email provider. Fonts. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymise it. If we enter into an engagement, we keep relevant records for the period required by applicable law and our professional obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy in a portable format.
