Who we work with — Logistics & operations

AI for logistics that holds under load.

Logistics doesn't reward clever demos; it rewards systems that keep reading the documents, flagging the late orders and staying accurate when volume triples. We build that kind — wired into the TMS, WMS and ERP you already run, with a person in control where the call actually matters.

Why logistics

Logistics is where fragile AI falls over.

Operations runs on exceptions, deadlines and messy paperwork — exactly the conditions a demo never has to face.

So we build for the messy version. Documents arrive as scans, photos and forwarded PDFs; orders come in five different formats; a carrier changes an ETA and six downstream plans shift. The value is a system that stays accurate under that load and keeps running after launch — not one that looked sharp once on clean sample data.

That means wiring into the tools you already run — your TMS, WMS, ERP and carrier feeds — instead of asking your team to live in yet another window. And it means a human stays in control where judgement matters: which shipment to expedite, which reorder to approve, which exception is real. The AI does the watching and the typing; your people make the calls.

What we build

Five places AI earns its keep.

Real AI solutions for your operation, built into the tools you already run.

Extraction

Shipping-document capture

Bills of lading, proof-of-delivery, packing lists, commercial invoices and customs paperwork read and turned into structured records, matched to the purchase order or shipment they belong to. Carrier PDFs, scanned delivery notes and emailed rate sheets stop being manual data entry and become one intake pipeline, every field traceable back to the page it came from. Mismatches — a short-shipped line, a rate that doesn't agree with the contract — get flagged for a person rather than passed through silently.

Exceptions

Exception & delay flagging

Track-and-trace across carriers pulled into one view, with the orders most likely to miss their promised date surfaced early instead of discovered on the day. The model weighs transit history, current status and the buffer left before the SLA, then ranks what actually needs a call. Your team works a short exceptions list, not every shipment.

Forecasting

Demand & replenishment forecasting

Demand forecasts built on your own sales, seasonality and lead-time history, translated into replenishment and safety-stock suggestions per SKU and location. The point isn't a prettier chart — it's catching the stockouts and the overstock before they cost you, with the reasoning shown so a planner can overrule it. A human approves the reorder; the model does the watching.

Automation

Order & dispatch automation

Orders that land as email, PDF, portal or EDI read and normalised into your system without someone retyping them, ready for routing and dispatch. Carrier selection, appointment booking and status updates run on rules you set, with the odd or high-value cases routed to a person instead of forced through. Fewer keystrokes between an order arriving and a truck being booked.

Assistants

Operations assistants

Assistants that answer 'where is order 4471 and why is it late?' or 'which lanes are running behind this week?' by reading your TMS, WMS and ERP and citing the records behind the answer. Access controls keep warehouse, carrier and customer data scoped to who's asking. It saves the phone-around, and because every answer is inspectable, people trust it enough to act on.

Proven, not theoretical

The same discipline, already in production.

We don't only describe this. We run it.

In production

A document-to-report pipeline, live today

Why it matters for logistics

Operations break at the exception, not the average.

Documents read accurately, the exception surfaced before it becomes a delay, a human on the calls that cost money, and monitoring that holds under peak — the same production discipline, pointed at the moving parts of an operation.

Questions

What teams ask us.

Where does our shipment and customer data go?

Into systems scoped to your business, with access controlled by role — warehouse, carrier and customer data kept to whoever should see it. We design around your data-handling requirements rather than shipping everything to a third party by default, and we're explicit up front about what each workflow touches.

Will this work with our TMS, WMS and ERP?

That's the whole point. We integrate with the systems and feeds you already run — TMS, WMS, ERP, EDI, carrier portals and the inevitable spreadsheets — so the AI reads from and writes to your real stack. We'd rather fit your operation than make you adopt another tool.

Are you here to cut headcount?

No. This takes the retyping, the track-and-trace phone-arounds and the document chasing off your team, so they spend their time on the exceptions and decisions that need a person. It's built to make a stretched operations team faster, not to replace its judgement.

Where should we start?

With one process that hurts — usually document intake or delay flagging, because they're high-volume, measurable and self-contained. We ship that, prove it holds up on your real data, then extend. No twelve-month platform programme before you see anything work.

Bring us one process that's eating your week.
