Shipping-document capture

Bills of lading, proof-of-delivery, packing lists, commercial invoices and customs paperwork read and turned into structured records, matched to the purchase order or shipment they belong to. Carrier PDFs, scanned delivery notes and emailed rate sheets stop being manual data entry and become one intake pipeline, every field traceable back to the page it came from. Mismatches (a short-shipped line, a rate that doesn't agree with the contract) get flagged for a person rather than passed through silently.

Exception & delay flagging

Track-and-trace across carriers pulled into one view, with the orders most likely to miss their promised date surfaced early instead of discovered on the day. The model weighs transit history, current status and the buffer left before the SLA, then ranks what actually needs a call. Your team works a short exceptions list, not every shipment.

Forecasting

Demand & replenishment forecasting

Demand forecasts built on your own sales, seasonality and lead-time history, translated into replenishment and safety-stock suggestions per SKU and location. The point isn't a prettier chart. It's catching the stockouts and the overstock before they cost you, with the reasoning shown so a planner can overrule it. A human approves the reorder; the model does the watching.

Automation

Order & dispatch automation

Orders that land as email, PDF, portal or EDI read and normalised into your system without someone retyping them, ready for routing and dispatch. Carrier selection, appointment booking and status updates run on rules you set, with the odd or high-value cases routed to a person instead of forced through. Fewer keystrokes between an order arriving and a truck being booked.

Assistants

Operations assistants

Assistants that answer 'where is order 4471 and why is it late?' or 'which lanes are running behind this week?' by reading your TMS, WMS and ERP and citing the records behind the answer. Access controls keep warehouse, carrier and customer data scoped to who's asking. It saves the phone-around, and because every answer is inspectable, people trust it enough to act on.

Will this work with our TMS, WMS and ERP?

That's the whole point. We integrate with the systems and feeds you already run (TMS, WMS, ERP, EDI, carrier portals and the inevitable spreadsheets) so the AI reads from and writes to your real stack. We'd rather fit your operation than make you adopt another tool.
